Grants offered for air quality proposals

Valley CAN, a San Joaquin Valley nonprofit organization created to help support and promote solutions to improving the region's air quality, has developed a program/grant-application process to solicit and review proposals from the public.
The organization seeks innovative approaches and demonstration projects that highlight pragmatic solutions to a range of air quality problems, from reducing diesel and wood fireplace emissions to reducing dust and emissions from older vehicles.
